How tier changes are described

The published VIP FAQ describes upgrades when qualifying deposit totals reach a tier threshold, and possible downgrades at the start of a quarter using the preceding three months. It also describes reward-specific activation, release and expiry rules. These are source claims checked on 1 October 2026, not a test of an account.

Tier status and a usable reward are different things. Seeing a tier label does not tell you whether a particular offer is active, whether you meet its conditions, or whether a reward can be withdrawn. Check each of those questions separately in your account. We do not reproduce a benefits comparison because current amounts and account eligibility have not been independently confirmed.

Translate the terms before deciding

Qualifying period
The time window used to assess activity. Check its exact start, end and timezone; a calendar quarter is not the same as a rolling period measured from the day you joined.
Maximum reward
A ceiling, not an amount everyone receives. Ask what determines the actual amount and whether any other limits apply.
Turnover or wagering requirement
An amount of qualifying wagers required under an offer's terms. Check what amount the multiplier applies to, which activity counts, and what happens if the requirement is not completed. It does not mean a reward is immediately withdrawable.
Activation and expiry
Activation makes an offer available under its conditions; expiry ends the time allowed to use it. A claim date, release date and expiry date may be different. Check all three before accepting.

Read beyond the headline reward

A benefit is only useful when its conditions are clear. Before opting in, find the rules that answer these questions:

  • What determines eligibility, and when is it reviewed?
  • Does the offer need to be activated before a qualifying action?
  • When does a reward expire, and are there withdrawal restrictions?
  • Is a displayed amount a fixed benefit, a maximum, or a conditional offer?

Do not increase spending simply to reach a status or unlock a reward. Decide your limits independently of the programme.

Keep a record of the offer you read

Save the offer name, terms link, date and any account-specific message before accepting it. If a summary and the detailed conditions disagree, ask support to identify the applicable version in writing. A copied marketing headline or this guide should not substitute for those terms.

Where to resolve an account question

Use support through your existing account for eligibility and reward questions. This guide cannot inspect your balance, verify your identity, or change your tier.
