RESPONSIBLE PLAY

Your limits
come first.

Gambling can result in losing the money you spend. It should never be treated as income or a way to solve financial problems.

Decide before you begin

Set an amount of time and money you can afford to spend, including the possibility of losing that money. Keep essential expenses separate. Avoid borrowing, chasing losses, or changing a limit to qualify for a promotion.

Make stopping an option

Take a break whenever you want one. If you want to restrict or stop your account activity, contact support through your existing account and ask which limit, cooling-off, or self-exclusion options are available. Confirm how a restriction works and when it takes effect.

Questions to ask about account restrictions

  • When does the restriction start, and how long will it last?
  • Does it cover every account or product you use with that operator?
  • Will promotional messages stop, and is a separate opt-out needed?
  • How will an existing balance or pending request be handled?

Keep the confirmation from support. Do not assume an account control applies across other websites or operators. This guide cannot activate restrictions and has not verified which controls PlayDash currently offers.

If it stops feeling manageable

Speak with someone you trust and seek independent local support. An account reward is not a reason to keep playing when you want to stop.
